Introduction: An island fisherman, Shao Feng, and a friend accidentally caught a small octopus with a strange shape at sea, which attracted the tracking of the owner of the gene company and another mysterious group. Shao Feng and his girlfriend Zimo, a scientific researcher, were also forced to be involved in this turmoil, and were attacked by a giant mutant octopus on humans. In the end, Shao Feng and Zimo joined forces to destroy human's greedy plan and help the little octopus return to the ocean.
